1. About Us

Raabta Travels is a Kashmir-based travel and tour operator offering holiday packages, treks, and travel arrangements including accommodation, transport, and guided tours across destinations such as Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg, and surrounding areas.

2. Booking Process

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment through Razorpay or another agreed mode of payment.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative (“Starting From”) and may vary based on season, group size, hotel category, and customization.

3. Payments

• All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets, as supported by Razorpay.
• The balance payment (if any) must be cleared as per the schedule communicated at the time of booking, typically before or upon arrival.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID at all times during the trip.
• Travelers are responsible for obtaining any required permits for restricted areas or high-altitude treks; our team will assist wherever possible.
• Travelers must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.
• Respect for local customs, culture, and religious sites in Kashmir is expected from all travelers.

5. Itinerary Changes

• Itineraries are planned based on standard weather and road conditions. Raabta Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary, route, or activities due to weather conditions, road closures, security advisories, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives in such cases without compromising your overall experience.

6. Hotels, Transport, and Third-Party Services

• Hotels, vehicles, and guides are arranged through verified local partners. While we ensure quality standards, Raabta Travels is not directly liable for service lapses caused by third-party providers, though we will assist in resolving any issues promptly.

7. Liability

• Raabta Travels acts as a facilitator connecting travelers with accommodation, transport, and local service providers.
• We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, weather conditions, political disturbances, flight/transport delays, or acts of third parties.
• Travelers are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance for high-altitude treks and adventure activities.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Raabta Travels and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu and Kashmir.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
